Sir Paul McCartney�s first cookbook, The Meat Free Monday Cookbook, went on sale Monday and aims to encourage people to eat less meat! Proceeds from the book are all going toward his family�s campaign, Meat Free Monday, which dares people to eat meat-free meals at least one day a week.

Oscar-nominated actor Brad Pitt has joined the cast of Twelve Times A Slave. The film, based on a true story, follows a free black man in the 1850�s who was tricked and lured into slavery. Pitt will star alongside actors Michael Fassbender and Chiwetel Ejiofor in the Steve McQueen directed film.

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon have teamed up for their first project since Good Will Hunting. Damon is set to play infamous gangster Whitey Bulger and both are producing.

After initial autopsy results proved inconclusive, a coroner has determined that Amy Winehouse died from consuming an extreme amount of alcohol. The official ruling by coroner Suzanne Greenaway is �death by misadventure,� and according to test results, the 27-year-old singer died with a blood alcohol level more than five times the drunk-drive limit.

Usher and Justin Bieber start the holidays early with their own rendition of �Christmas song� which was originally recorded by Nat King Cole. However, Usher and Bieber give the classic hit a polished makeover with a smooth R&B tune. Their song is sure to be heard blaring everywhere this holiday season.

Cyndi Lauper will be participating in a True Colors holiday concert to benefit LGBT youth this December. Janet Jackson attends Dr. Conrad Murray�s trial and cancelled Australian tour dates to support her family as the prosecution continues to argue that Murray should be convicted of involuntary manslaughter. She joined sister La Toya, brother Marlon and mother Katherine on Tuesday in court.

After parting ways this summer, J.Crew executive Jenna Lyons is reportedly in a �messy divorce� with artist husband Vincent Mazeau. The New York Post�s Page Six reports that Lyons, who earns $5 million a year, fell in love with a woman who also works in the fashion industry after the split. Lyons has appeared on Oprah and caused a controversy after painting her son�s toenails pink in a catalog.
