Hi all, I have received a few requests for a menu arrangement for a sit down service, with appetizers and salad service. I used this menu with a party a few weeks ago and it went over very well. There is a nice happy medium of choices and variety in flavors. I thought this would be another great menu to share.
I believe a sit down service is a great option that people are starting to consider over a buffet. The thing I tell people to keep in mind is that a large wedding party being served a sit down menu is going to cost more than the same number of people being served a buffet. It takes more people to serve a large party than dish out food for buffet or banquet service. Just a little tip to think about.
Here is a quick breakdown of the menu.
Lets start the evening off with some great appetizers. A fresh cut veggie tray, assorted crisp vegetables. Served with our house made Ranch dip.
A tempting crowd pleaser.
Thin traditional pizza, topped with fresh basil, cheeses and tomato
Our signature pinwheel rollups, savory herbs & cream cheese a great flavor sensation.
The appetizer menu will be followed by a simple salad Service
Our fresh cut greens, red onions, cucumber, radishes and black olives. Topped with tomato and tossed with our light Italian house vinaigrette.
For your entrée, please choose one of the following:
A 6oz. Ahi Tuna Steak, grilled medium rare
Featuring prawns on top of a bed of linguini noodles, tossed with sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, garlic bay shrimp and Italian seasonings in a wine reduction sauce.
An 8oz. Chicken breast on a bed of linguini noodles in a roasted cream sauce with fresh tomatoes, real bacon, olives, hand grated Parmesan cheese & fresh basil.
Hand cut New York steak seasoned with Montreal seasonings & kosher salt, served with spaghetti & your choice of classic meat sauce, Marinara or Parmarossa.
We will finish dinner with a great New York Baked Cheesecake topped with our Brandied Apples in sauce, and your choice of Lavazza Coffee or Tea.
