Holiday Cheesecake Recipe
Looking for a great dessert to serve at your upcoming New Years Party? Since everybody loves cheesecake, and you’ve no doubt got some leftover Christmas pudding or fruitcake sitting around, this is the perfect cheesecake to serve your guests; none of them will believe that you are just using up leftovers. In fact, it’s quite elegant as well as different.
Other times of the year when fruitcake and Christmas pudding aren’t available, this versatile cheesecake can be made with any leftover dense cake or quick bread such as carrot cake, banana bread, date nut bread, or even cranberry orange bread.
