Hi to everyone, Hope all is well for this great New Year. I am in the middle of working on a silver wedding anniversary. They were married Valentines day and we created a menu that I thought everyone would love.
As usual, I can supply the recipes for any menu item that might interest you. Or feel free to use this for a wedding or special occasion. Please enjoy the menu.
Start your evening with a little sharing Roma tomato’s freshly marinated in EVOO, basil and garlic. Served on grilled crostini.
Choose one “little nibble” each
Mixed greens, tossed to order with balsamic vinegar & EVOO. Topped with shaved Parmesan Cheese.
Marinated Prosciutto & Asparagus. Drizzled with Balsamic vinegar & EVOO. Topped with an Arugala salad in Thyme vinaigrette.
Hot & Heavy
House made Caesar salad, topped with bay shrimp & homemade croutons.

From Risotto with Love
Italian Arborio Rice, cooked wit fresh prawns, white wine and Lobster broth. With, a hint of marinara, fresh parsley &basil.
Loves a Trip
Wild Mushroom Ravioli’s cooked with fresh herbs, EVOO, garlic, white wine & Brown Butter Sage Sauce.
Homemade potato dumplings, cooked wit Prawns, Prosciutto, white wine, EVOO & Lobster Cream Sauce.

Red Red Wine
A slow braised Beef Shank cooked with red wine, vegetables, herbs & beef stock. Served on top of a grilled Polenta Cake & braised seasonal vegetable. Topped with an Au Jus reduction.
Luv me Tender
A Thyme and Basil marinated Chicken breast, pan seared to perfection. Served with Basil spiked mashed potato’s & grilled Asparagus in a White Wine & Marsala Mushroom Sauce.
Sea of Love
Cioppino…a San Francisco classic on romance. Fresh Mussels, Clams, Prawns & catch of the day, simmered in white wine & a light seafood broth with a hint of Tomato. Topped with fresh herbs & a large crostini, smothered in garlic and EVOO.
All We Need is Love
Linguini, Capers, Garlic, Olives & Tomato’s married together in white wine, topped with Parsley & Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese. Vegetarian pasta perfection.

Peaches & Cream
A grilled peach, marinated in Cognac, served with house made Vanilla Ice Cream, topped with a drizzle of Red wine Tuaca Berry Reduction & a hint of Crème Anglaise
Deep Chocolate Cheesecake
A dark chocolate cheesecake, served with a chocolate dipped Strawberry and a fresh strawberry puree. Topped with fresh whip cream…
To finish the evening, please make a toast to each other with a small toaster of or house Champagne.
