Buckhead Gourmet also offers a very tasty Raspberry Asian sauce with rich Island flavors sweetened with Ginger and Chilies that they suggest using as a dipping, marinade or stir-fry sauce. This sauce was great with pork chops! The Sauce Bordeaux they offer is a delicious Classic French Red Wine Sauce with a hint of black Truffles.
