Hot Fudge Topping Recipes

Hot Fudge Sauce is easy to make at home, and much less expensive than the commercial versions. Here are two great recipes for Hot Fudge Sauces: Mom’s Hot Fudge Sauce and Quick Hot Fudge Sauce. Both can be made on the stovetop or in the microwave. Although they are delicious on ice cream, they can also be used for any dessert that needs a warm chocolate sauce.

Mom's Hot Fudge Sauce

This Hot Fudge Sauce can be made ahead and reheated. For a richer version (for those who aren’t worried about calories), light cream may be substituted for the evaporated milk.

1 13 ounce can evaporated milk
