You can manually edit or remove subscribers from your list. Go back to the Service Manager page and click on the Active Subscribers button. On the Manage List page, you can view subscribers on your list in two ways. You can view the list in alphabetical subcategories or view the entire list by clicking the All button.
On the Service Manager page click on the New Subscriber button. On the Manage List page you can manually add a subscriber to your list. Type in the subscriber's name and email address and click the Add Email button. When finished, click on the Cancel button to return to the Service Manager page.
Search For Subscribers
From the Service Manager page, click on the Search For Subscribers button. On the Find Subscribers page you will see a drop-down list. From this list you can choose from two methods of searching for a subscriber on your list. You can search by subscriber name or email address. Next to the drop-down list you can type in the search criteria. When the subscriber is found, the email address is displayed on the results page. It will be displayed in a form which you can use to delete this subscriber from your list. When you are finished, click on the Cancel button to return to the Service Manager page.
From the Service Manager page you can backup your subscribers list. When you click on the Backup List button which is in the Maintenance section, the program will email a copy of your subscribers list to your default email address. You will need to save the entire contents of the email message as your backup copy of your list. Then click on the Back to Manager button.
To restore you subscribers list, you will copy and paste the entire email message sent to you by the program when you ran the backup process. You can go to the Restore List page by using the Restore List button on the Service Manager page. Then just copy and paste your backup into the input box and click Start Restore Process button.
