Redefine “job-hopping.” So many times people think that the career they hate, the job they are stuck in, is the place they need to stay. You need to find out what works and what doesn’t. Does this mean changing jobs every few months? No. If your job is a poor fit, learn from it. It was not wasted time. This is not a decision you’re stuck with for the rest of your life.
