Teenage Angst-land is the official newsletter of the Adolescence site at BellaOnline.com. It's sent out weekly to notify you of updates to the site, plus keep you in the loop with bits of news. Teenage Angst-land is your reminder to stay connected to the Bellaonline Adolescence community by visiting the page, joining the conversation in the forum or dropping the editor (that's me) a line.
To sign up to receive Teenage Angst-land in your inbox every Sunday afternoon, just type in your email address in the sign up box to your right. You're guaranteed complete privacy. Even I don't know whose on my subscription list. The only thing you'll receive is one weekly electronic edition of Teenage Angst-land. It's easy to unsubscribe at any time if you change your mind later.
After you sign up, check your inbox for a confirmation email that will let us know your spam filter is letting us through. If it's not there, you may need to check your spam file. If that's where you find it, let your email provider know you want to receive mail from bellaonline.com. You'll never get anything from us but the newsletters you sign up for.
Will you help me make Teenage Angst-land and the Adolescence site the best they can be? Click on my name (Shaunta Grimes) at the top of this page and drop me a line. Let me know what you'd like to see here, ask questions, direct me to any resources you'd like me to check out for you and review or tell me your story. Connecting with you is by far the best part of my job and I can't wait to meet you.
In the coming months, expect to be notified via Teenage Angst-land about new articles as I update and organize the site. My special passions include body acceptance, fitness and nutrition, mental health and education. I'm also looking forward to reviewing young adult books and movies from a parent's perspective. I anticipate writing two or three articles a week as I build up the content on the site.
Thanks for your interest in the BellaOnline Adolescence site. Don't forget to forward the newsletter on to other parents who might be interested. Thanks for joining me in Angst-land.
