Calling all costumers, conservators, and collectors. The BellaOnline costuming site was created with you in mind.
Use the link on this page to sign up for Costume, the official newsletter of the Bella Online Costuming site. You will receive regular bi-weekly updates about our content, which you will be able to access directly through a simple click of the mouse. As a newsletter subscriber you won’t have to visit the Costuming website everyday to search for newly posted articles. You will be able to scan article titles and short descriptions of each, and then link directly to those subjects that interest you.
How to Subscribe to the Costuming Newsletter
To sign up for the Costuming newsletter, look to the right of this article. You will see a box labeled Free Newsletter. Just type in your email address and you’re done. After signing-up, you will receive a test newsletter in your email inbox.
If you do not receive the test newsletter, you may have a filter blocking it. Simply add the http://costuming.bellaonline.com link to your “safe senders” list within your email and/or “tell” your email program that the test email is NOT spam. This should correct the problem, if not, please contact your email provider for further assistance.
Privacy Policy
Please know that at BellaOnline, we take your privacy very seriously and will never redistribute or sell your email address to other companies or individuals. Your privacy is protected at all times; in fact, even the editor won’t know your name or email address.
If you choose to sign-up for the BellaOnline Costuming Newsletter, you will receive my bi-weekly email. That’s it! No spam, no annoying pop-ups and no advertising. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time for any reason.
My purpose as editor of the BellaOnline Costuming site is to report on all aspects of costuming — from period fashion and designer profiles to dressmaking techniques and collections management. I will also provide book and movie reviews, share a few “behind the scenes” museum secrets, and answer your costuming questions. If you have an area of interest that you don’t see represented on the Costuming site, please contact me through the link on my bio page, or address the subject in the Costuming Forum. I look forward to hearing from you!
What to Expect
Whether you are a dressmaker, a fashionista, or a vintage costume enthusiast, the BellaOnline Costuming Newsletter will keep you connected to the wonderful world of costume, with bulletins about articles which will inform, inspire, and intrigue.
