Appams are a healthy & delicious South Indian pancake that's very easy to make & super healthy to eat. These are a specialty from the coastal state of Kerala & are locally known as "hoppers" for some reason. They are slightly "cupped" shaped & can be filled with a variety of savory/sweet fillings.

Onion Rava Dosa Recipe star
My Onion Rava Dosa is a crispy & delicious, South Indian savory crepe that can be made in just minutes -- yes, this super quick South Indian dosa requires no soaking or fermenting necessary! It's just perfect for a quick brunch & especially when entertaining. Best of all, it's kid-friendly too!

Pesarattu Recipe star
