This healthy & tasty South Indian crepe is very simple to prepare & the savory batter is ready to use in just a few hours! Best of all, these crepes are vegan, low carb & gf too. Enjoy eating these yummy adai with my easy & delicious home made Coconut Chutney, your family will really enjoy it.

Appam Recipe star
Appams are a healthy & delicious South Indian pancake that's very easy to make & super healthy to eat. These are a specialty from the coastal state of Kerala & are locally known as "hoppers" for some reason. They are slightly "cupped" shaped & can be filled with a variety of savory/sweet fillings.

Coconut Dosa Recipe star
A dosa is a delicious savory crepe made from a mixture of dal and rice. This traditional South Indian dish is healthy, nutritious and very easy to prepare. If you love coconut, you will really love my Coconut Dosa. Serve it for a healthy & wonderful breakfast, brunch, lunch or even snack :-)

Madurai Parotta Recipe star
Madurai Parotta is a delicious, crispy layered flatbread that goes really well with curries especially. It is from the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Making these parottas at home is both interesting & different, but itís also quite fun & definitely worth the extra time.
