Tuna Salad

Tuna Salad Recipe

Start with a can of tuna and create a tempting tuna salad.

  • 2 cans chunk light tuna in water (6-3/4 oz. ea.)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 3 hard boiled eggs - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 small onion - finely chopped (optional)
  • 3/4 cup mayonaisse (light or fat-free mayo is okay)

Preparation -
Drain the water from the cans of tuna. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna with the remaining ingredients and mix until very well blended.
