Slow Cooked Coca-Cola Barbecued Spareribs
Coca-Cola® Barbecued Spareribs- 5 lbs. country style pork spareribs, cut into serving size pieces
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Coca-Cola®
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation - To reduce fat, place the spareribs on a broiler tray and bake at 350º for 30 minutes (15 minutes on each side). Place the remaining ingredients in the crockpot and stir it all together. Add the spareribs. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.
