Slow Cooked Ham and Scalloped Potatoes
Ham and Scalloped Potatoes- 2-1/2 cups cooked, diced ham
- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp.pepper
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
Preparation - Layer the ham, potatoes, onions, and bell pepper in a crock-pot. Mix the seasonings with the cheddar cheese and sprinkle over the other ingredients. Pour the soup mixture over all the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
