Everyday someone asks me a question about the Economic Stimulus Payment Tax Rebates. How it works, will they get it, how much will they get, when will they get it, etc, etc. etc. With the delivery of the payments just around the bend now, most people have some idea of what they will do with the money when they receive it. It’s a difficult decision as so many people now have so many necessities of life that are not being met with their regular incomes and there are many truly urgent ways to spend this small windfall. The government suggests that the best thing that we can do with these funds is to spend it to stimulate the economy and I’m sure that most people would like to do just that but many people have more urgent uses for this money.

The Economic Stimulus Rebate - How will I Spend It? Let Me Count The Ways. I’ve decided to take a diversified approach regarding my Economic Stimulus Rebate.

I’m going to buy something. I’m going to use a tiny bit of my green to buy and plant a tree to help with the eco system to try to keep things green for the future.

I’m going to save some in a small emergency fund. I’m going to plant some of the greenback dollars in a small emergency fund that is at least enough for one full tank of gas. Navigating the economy is a rocky road right now with the price of gas even if you have a vehicle that traverses rocky roads well it still needs gas in it to take the trip. Seriously an emergency fund is a good thing to have to cover any unexpencted expenses.

I’m going to pay off a small account balance before it begins to accrue interest which in some ways increases the value of each dollar if you factor in that future interest savings.

I’m going to use some to try to stimulate future personal income by using it to market my books, Spirit Beach – a Paranormal Romance novel coming soon at www.thewildrosepress.com; an original E-book based on my Prince Charming articles, Prince Charming – The Original Player - An Original Fairy Tale From The Tales Of Taxes and Love here on the Bella Site; and my current pet projects including a blockbuster style novel that I can’t wait to share with you soon.

I’m also going to make a small contribution to my political candidate of choice and hope that it helps to change the political and economic picture for the future with real solutions. Economic Stimulus Rebates wouldn’t be so urgently needed and anxiously anticipated if the Economy was not in such a deplorable condition; so making good choices for future leadership is a very important responsibility we all now carry – don’t forget to Vote.

I wish the list was longer but in reality money doesn’t go too far in today’s economy and I may have already over-extended my list of what I’m planning to do with my stimulus rebate.
