Manhattan Wedding Officiant

It is with my highest recommendation that I recommend Reverend Deborah Roth of Spirited Weddings to all Manhattan brides looking for a wedding officiant in Manhattan. Reverend Roth is an ordained Interfaith Minister chosen as one of Modern Bride's "Top 25 Innovators in the Wedding Industry" in their June/July 2004 issue. Reverend Roth was also featured in Joan Hamburg's wedding book, "City Wedding" and in Sharon Naylor's "Your Special Wedding Vows."
Reverend Roth loves working with couples to co-create a wedding ceremony that reflects unique personalities, spiritual beliefs and traditions. Together, they craft a memorable, creative ceremony that elegantly expresses your love for and commitment to each other.
Reverend Roth performed my interfaith wedding ceremony. My husband is Roman Catholic and I am Anglican. Planning the wedding ceremony with her was a simple task and we felt at ease with her throughout the planning stages. Our input was always considered and we were allowed to be as unique or as creative as we wanted. And since we planned for an outdoor ceremony we wanted to make sure we found an interfaith minister that didn’t have a problem with the location. Lucky for us, the location was not a problem as Reverend Roth had performed a beautiful wedding at Tavern on the Green (our reception location) as well as weddings on top of the Empire State Building and on Lake George.
We especially liked the option of incorporating into the ceremony a beautiful silk cord, (braided the night before the wedding by my grandmother) which represented me and my husband and our new life together. It was a nice sentiment to include in our wedding ceremony. We were also able to pick our own readings for the ceremony which I had two of my friends read.
