|Easy Oven-baked Potato Wedges|
This super quick and easy recipe makes tasty, chunky, oven "fried" potatoes that go great with just about any meal.
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 lbs. all purpose potatoes - cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
The potatoes may be peeled or leave the skin on, if desired. Place the potato wedges, onion soup mix and oil in a plastic bag. Close the bag and shake until the potatoes are evenly coated. Spray a shallow baking pan or cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the coated potatoes out of the plastic bag onto the prepared baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 450º, stirring once or twice, for 35 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
