If you were to ask yourself “Why do I want to lose weight?” what would you answer?
mirror image photoMaybe you would say you want to get into some clothes that are too tight or you want to have more freedom of movement or you want to be admired for your great body. Or maybe you might even say you just want to be fit, trim and healthy. But, if you ask yourself “Why do I want that?” And you keep on asking “Why?” you would eventually get to the bottom line. At that point we imagine your answer would be something like, “I would be happier.” Or “It would make me feel good.”

In our experience, feeling good and being happy is the end result behind everything you want and anything you’ve ever wanted. You want what you want in order to have a life filled with joy, peace and happiness. To feel good is the reason for every single goal or desire that you can possibly come up with. Think about it.

If your fairy godmother offered you a million dollars, you’d gladly take it in an instant. But, if she offered you a choice between a million dollars or a guaranteed life long experience of total joy, peace and happiness, which would you choose? Now, take your time. Don’t be too quick to answer.

If you decide to take the million dollars, it’s only because you believe that it will bring you joy, peace and happiness. But is that a sure thing? It’s said that money can’t buy happiness. And, believe it or not, careful research will make it clear that there are many people with a million dollars or more who aren’t necessarily happy. So, if you want the money because you think it will bring more joy to your life, why not begin there? Be smart. Right from the get-go, go for the joy not the gold.

But what does this have to do with weight management?

Well, we’re going to teach you how you can have it all by beginning at the end. The bottom line. Yes, that’s right. You can start with happiness. And, it works. Starting from a place of feeling good you can joyfully, easily and effortlessly achieve and maintain your optimum weight with buoyant, vibrant health and fitness. Are you interested?

We understand this is probably a new concept to you. But do you want just a repetition of the unworkable past? You’ve already tried the other way. Has it worked for you? Probably not. It’s like trying to swim upstream. That’s fine for a salmon, but it’s very hard for you.

treadmill photo You know how it goes. You start a new diet and exercise program. Maybe you lose some weight. But then you start to feel bad. So, what do you do to feel better? You eat some junk food. Now you’re struggling to keep the weight off. And it’s a constant struggle. You’re suffering and you feel worse and worse. And what do you want to do to feel better? You want to eat some more, of course. Sometimes you fight against it and sometimes you don’t. You end up putting all the weight back on. Possibly you even gain a few extra pounds. Whether you do or you don’t, you’re unhappy. Haven’t you had enough of that unpleasant hopeless struggle?

Well, maybe, just maybe, it’s not the way to go. Maybe there’s a better way. We say there is. And we’re going to show you the way you can have it all!
