Chicken Broccoli, & Rice Casserole

Chicken (or Turkey), Broccoli & Rice Casserole

  • 1 - 10oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup leftover turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 T. margerine
Preparation -
Cook the broccoli until barely tender; drain. Stir the soup & sour cream together. Add the broccoli, cut up turkey or chicken, and minute rice. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with margerine. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
