Chicken Broccoli, & Rice Casserole
Chicken (or Turkey), Broccoli & Rice Casserole- 1 - 10oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup leftover turkey or chicken
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 T. margerine
Preparation - Cook the broccoli until barely tender; drain. Stir the soup & sour cream together. Add the broccoli, cut up turkey or chicken, and minute rice. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with margerine. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.
