Frosted Low-fat Chocolate Brownies1/2 cup plus 3 T. low fat soft margarine 1 1/3 cups sugar 8 egg whites 1/2 cup low fat sour cream 1/3 cup evaporated skim milk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/3 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 cup cocoa powderPreparation - With electric mixer, beat margarine at medium speed until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and beat well. Add egg whites, sour cream, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir baking powder, salt and cocoa together in a small bowl. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and stir all together until all ingredients are moistened. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour brownie batter into pan. Bake at 350º for 25 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool brownies in pan on a wire rack. Spread frosting on cooled brownies and cut into squares.
