1 ripe banana 2 T. peanut butter 2 T. honey 32 oz. vanilla low fat yogurt

Preparation with a food processor or blender -
Puree the banana. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth and well blended.

Pour or spoon the mixture into small disposable cups - about 3 to 4 ounce size. (I cut about 2 inches off the tops of disposable foam coffee cups, to create short cups with a wider mouth than disposable bathroom cups. This recipe filled 12 cups, as shown.)

Place the filled cups on a tray and freeze. Individual cups should be covered tightly with foil or plastic wrap.

For small dogs, pour the mixture into ice cube trays. Cover the filled trays with foil or plastic wrap and freeze.

To feed - Frozen treats in cups can be given, as is, allowing the dog to lick the frozen mixture from the cup. Or... remove the frozen treat from the cup or ice cube tray and place it in your dog's food dish.

Watch your dog closely to ensure that he or she licks only the frozen treat and doesn't try to eat the container. Promptly discard the empty cup.
