Wedding Ceremonies Outside the Box

Wedding Ceremonies Outside the Box
The ceremony really is one of the most important areas of the wedding, but
yet sometimes it is given the least amount of attention. The vow's, the I do's
the pledge to each other. So I feel it should reflect what the couple
is all about.

When you are creating your ceremony, try to have it reflect your personalities, or your interests. Most important, your dreams of what you want. Sometimes there is pressure to do it a different way. It is really about you and your future husband.

I also truly believe that the ceremony site should be chosen the same
way you chose your reception site. If you are outdoor people, then weather permit, think about having it outdoors. If you love pizza, have the ceremony and even the reception at a pizza parlor.

Really when it comes to the ceremony, the location possibilities are endless. Here is a list of different
ideas.

You both love boats, a marina makes a great choice. Maybe you have a friend
with a boat. Great place for a ceremony. You may want to look into
hiring a charter. You may be able to take a short cruise and have the
ceremony and an appetizer reception or dinner on the boat.

If you love forests or greenery. Make nature your hall. Right down to a
farmers field, a park or even a friends backyard. Again weather permitting.

My favorite place is an old barn, a new barn will do but I love the old ones. They have
such an aura. The tall beamed ceilings and airy atmospher create such a
breathtaking surrounding.

I think you get the idea. Thin outside the box. Ceremonies can be anywhere
you and your future husband desire. I love a church ceremony, but for some it causes a seperation in the relationship. It was for this very reason I started to look at other avenues for a wedding ceremony. You don't have to make relegious choices. You can decide on other avenues and still have a beautiful memorable wedding.

Come on over to the forum and give us a few inspiring ideas of your own.
