The latest article from the Deafness site at BellaOnline.com is because I've been reading about hearing aids this week. January is the month when new hearing aids are released. There are just so many different kinds since I wore one. But still I find a common thread among people who wear hearing aids. Have a look at my latest article to find out what it is.

“I hate wearing it.” A common comment by people who wear hearing aids. I used a hearing aid for many years and much of its life was spent on the desk. Why then are hearing aids not worn, when seemingly they would provide benefit to a deaf person?
