January 3 2008 Thai Food Newsletter


Arrived home from our holiday trip to Cambodia and Thailand on Christmas Day and am a wee bit jet-lagged, as it was a long journey via Japan where we encountered a long flight delay. We arrived in SFO at 9 AM on Christmas Day and jumped right into family-fun with only 3 or 4 hours sleep in 2 days. This all in all resulted to us being quite jet-lagged flying East. We normally over-night in Japan or Korea on the flight over and again when returning, but this was an impromptu and short 17 day trip.

We both experienced some tummy issues and welcomed this recipe made with gai (chicken) when we reached Bangkok asd our first real meal again. However, mixed seafood (Talay) Radna is our favourite. Have fun with my recipe and adjust spiciness to your pleasure level.
