We are expecting severe weather, and I am going to try to stay away from any flying houses tomorrow! The weather has been great in my kitchen lately. Readers have sent me on some sandwich adventures with their requests. I've been working on Po'Boy sandwiches. This week, I studied the Panini sandwich.

What can you do if you have a craving for a Panini sandwich, but you don't have a press? You can always grill the sandwich. That works. However, what do you do if you want those sandwich fillings pressed together? This article will tell you how to make that Panini without a press!
