The chill is starting to be in the air, and my family loves to have soup with their sandwiches. This fresh Broccoli Cheese Soup can go from gathering the basic ingredients to steaming delicious soup on your table in less than an hour! Many folks who have always loathed broccoli like this soup. It's easy to make. If you enjoy cooking a simple yet tasty soup, Broccoli Cheese Soup is a winner!

The soup freezes well, but here's a word of warning. If you want to freeze soup, you need to make a double recipe. You won't have a lot left over from just one recipe of the soup. Here's a link for your convenience:

Did you have fun with the Turkey with Mango Mayo? We really enjoyed it, but I bought a bit too much turkey, and you know it's too expensive to waste! Here's a quick fix for having too much turkey.

Turkey Hot Cheese Tortilla Wrap Recipe (for one sandwich)

Place a flour tortilla on a microwaveable plate and grate a little hot cheese on it. I used a combination of Mango Fire and Pepper Jack. Thin slice onion shreds on it. Space them evenly to taste. Heat in the microwave until the cheese just melts. Add 1 1/2 to 2 ounces of Sun-dried Tomato Turkey to half of the tortilla. Add your favorite lettuce salad mixture-about a half of a cup. Drizzle with Ranch or Thousand Island dressing. Roll it up! This take less than five minutes and is extremely tasty and filling.
