A hideous problem lurks in the pews of your church. In the row behind you, or across the aisle, sits a woman whose husband treats her like a wretched dog. You can’t tell who it is, because she has her Sunday face on. He might be sitting beside her, with his on, too. How can we help eradicate this blight?
From my heart to yours
Well, it’s been a rocky couple of weeks around here. Trouble in the church family is always the worst, it hurts my heart so much. I skipped posting an article for the first time since I’ve been writing for BellaOnline. But blessings abound, too. Our church family is being tested, yes, but I’m seeing true Christ-like love pouring out to those who need it, and I know God will use this troubling time to teach us, build our faith, and make us more effective in the work He puts before us in the future. I covet your prayers for the next couple of weeks as I’ll be writing on Halloween and related topics, which always stirs up strong objections in the forums. Pray, if you would, for God’s wisdom and graciousness for me. Thanks!
