Pakora Patties for Wrap Sandwiches
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
Looking at the latest articles that I've written, it struck me that I needed to write an article about a vegetarian sandwich. This one is one of my favorites. The pakora patties can be made into a tasty sandwich on their own. They can also be used as a side for an Indian meal. If you have a lamb chunk wrap with Basmati rice, veggies, and a sauce, these pakoras are a perfect accompaniment.
How do you turn vegetables into a delicious vegetarian sandwich filling? Add garbanzo bean flour, also known as besan, to the grated vegetables. Stir the mixture and fry the pakora patties. Slip the delicious patties into a pita or wrap them up with your choice of condiments. It's that simple!
