Halloween – make an ATC or ACEO

How to make an ATC or ACEO (art card) for Halloween which you can add to your collection of artist cards or give to someone else for theirs. I’m going to scan mine in, print color copies, stick to greeting card blanks and add some fabric paint to give them a 3D effect, and send them to my friends.
