While I love my burnt end sandwiches, sometimes I just don’t feel like eating the bread. When I am serving the burnt ends as a main dish without bread I like a larger serving of meat. My husband and I make that one cryovac pack into 2 servings, instead of 3. Needless to say, we only do this a couple of times a year!
