Whew! I think all the computer problems have been resolved, although things are still moving a bit slowly. Fortunately our site owner is very technically experienced. She is amazing, in fact!

Meanwhile, I have discovered another wonderful thing about grandchildren: they ask questions! And they are old enough to consult together to find answers, which is even beter. I am amazed at the understanding an 11 year old is capable of, for instance.
