Hi everyone,
Welcome to another F1 newsletter, catching up with the news from the last few weeks, and a recap of some recent articles on the BellaOnline site.
In the news:
The Singapore Grand Prix has brought rave reviews from everyone, except Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo. He isn’t happy that the Safety Car messed up everyone’s race and thinks it’s a joke that such regulations are required to spice up the action.
Flavio Briatore has hinted that next year he will be stepping back from the day to day running of the team, and bringing a team director on board. He has apparently already got someone in mind, although he hasn’t said who yet.
Speculation is mounting that Lucas di Grassi will be replacing Piquet at Renault next year. While we don’t know Alonso’s plans yet, di Grassi has been faring well in GP2 and testing for the team, and Pat Symonds thinks he would be a perfect fit.
