A Worthwhile Website

To get your hands on some great books, and send books you’re done with to other eager readers, join up at Paperback Swap. I’ve swapped many, many books there, and I find it a great way to acquire reference books like Bible commentaries for my collection. I also like to expand my reading horizons and try authors I’ve never read, by requesting a book almost randomly. Kind of a treasure hunt, and sometimes I find a gem!

Read this Book

Boy, am I behind on reading. Right now, I’m reading Agents, Editors, and You, edited by Michelle Howry. I’m only on page sixteen, but I need to get it read, because I’m heading for a writer’s conference next weekend to see what God might have in mind for the novel I’m finishing. Kinda scary. Not the novel, just the whole idea of trying to find a place for it in the world.
