Hope you are having a good week so far.

There seems to be more and more people struggling with anxiety and stress related challenges. Having a meditation practise can help to break the cycle and give you tools to use when struggling.

Please feel free to join me on my daily meditation virtually. I sit from 7.30am (UK) and 10.30pm every day. If you are sitting then as well know that I am too. Feel free to use the guided mindfulness and meditation that I have posted on my website if you need someone to guide you.
