November 19 2011 Virus and Spam Newsletter

Hi there! Welcome to this week's newsletter!

How was your week? Hopefully healthier than mine. I'm a little under the weather with a sinus infection, but hanging in there. First and most importantly this week, here is the latest article from the Virus and Spam site at BellaOnline.com.

File Sharing Safety
Do you use a file sharing program? If so, do you really know who you might be sharing files with? Consider the dangers and be wary.

Please visit My Virus and Spam Site for even more great content about protecting your PC.

In tech news this week: A recent study by a mobile device performance analyst Metrico Wireless finds that AT&T beats the competition in performance when it comes to web browsing, uploads, and downloads. Do you have a smart phone? Make sure to read my article about Smart Phone safety.

Random health tip: Whether it's a sinus infection (like me), a cold, or the flu, drinking lots of liquids is key. You've proabaly heard it before, "drink lots of fluids" but do you know why? It keeps the mucus in your sinuses thin, making it easier to leave your body. So amp up the water and juice (no caffiene or alcohol) if you get sick this season!

To participate in free, fun online discussions, this site has a community forum all about Virus and Spam.

I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this newsletter. I thrive on your feedback! Have fun passing this message along to family and friends, because we all love free knowledge!
