In the post forum for the Naming and Shaming article, I received a response from a fellow BellaOnline editor about a friend she thinks is unfairly treated by the US Sex Offender Registry. I can sympathize somewhat if the story is true, but I'll never be soft on the "she was 16 and I didn't know it was against the law" defense.
