Greetings from the Land of OZ!

It was a quiet Thanksgiving for me this year. I was in bed trying to get rid of this dratted respiratory virus. I think that after 8 days, it has just about run its course. Thanks to my wonderful family, I had a lovely plate of turkey with all of the trimmings. We didn't have a lot of leftover turkey, just enough for some delightful wraps.

These turkey wraps are a great way to use up a fair amount of turkey and have some creative, culinary fun at the same time. You need some chunked up or thinly sliced leftover turkey, fresh warm flour tortillas, shredded cheese, thinly sliced veggies, and a condiment to add moisture. Yum, yum!
