** Recipe for Apple Cinnamon Ornaments **

1 cup of cinnamon
1 - 2 cups of apple sauce
1 tsp of all spice
1 tsp of ground cloves
a straw
pieces of ribbon or yarn

Mix all dry ingredients well. Blend in *1* cup of applesauce. Add 1 tablespoon at a time of apple sauce until the mixture forms a stiff yet pliable dough.

Roll out to a 1/4 inch thick.

Cut with cookie cutters are a table knife in desired shapes.

Make a hole with the for the ribbon or yarn after the dough dries.

Leave ornaments to dry 1-3 days or bake at 200 degrees in the oven until dried through. Be very careful not to all them to burn.

Once the dough is dry, add the ribbon. You can also use glue and glitter to decorate.
