Season's Greetings from the Land of OZ!

These last couple of weeks have been crazy! Classes have been winding down, and student evaluations were due. My tutoring students needed a little extra to get them through final reviews. It's been so wild, that I have just begun decorating for the holidays!

If I don't cook a turkey for the holidays, I usually cook one during the first week of the new year. It allows me to freeze some meat that is prepared in advance for easy-to-make meals. I've written an article about an easy process to get the most out of your turkey; look for it soon!

Turkey slices on bread with some mayo, lettuce, and tomato are delicious, but sometimes you need something more. Here are new twists on that old standard turkey sandwich.
