Here's the latest article from the Thai Food site at BellaOnline.com.

Seafood is a large part of the Thai Cuisine whether from the sea or fresh water streams and lakes. One of our favourite ways to prepare a fresh whole fish is to wrap in ti leaves with Thai aromatics. This preparation is moist, flavourful and very easy.

Thai Ti Wrapped Sea Bass
A delightful ti leaf wrapped sea bass steamed with shitake mushrooms, onions, and carrots with Thai aromatics, served with a Cilantro Nam Pla Sauce.
