Greetings from the Land of OZ!

I have good news to share with you. I've been chosen to be the new Reading Site Editor. Of course, I will retain both the Sandwiches and the Attention Deficit Disorder Sites. I love those sites too much to give them up. That was the good news that I got Monday. The other news was that I have the flu. I got to spend Valentine's Day feeling sick with the flu. Fortunately, I had completed this new sausage recipe and had most of the article written. It has been a rough week, concentration-wise, and I look forward to continuing to improve.

These sausages are a good alternative to expensive premade chicken or turkey sausage. With a few ingredients and a little bit of work, you can have delicious sausage from your own kitchen. The hardest part is grating the apples! How easy is that?
