Greetings everyone!

Make sure you're getting adequate amounts of Vitamin C this time of year. This will help you stay healthy during the last string of colds that usually breakout as the weather begins to change. My favorite sources are orange juice, Emergen-C powder mixes, and chewable Vitamin C tablets:).
