I still vividly remember my early days of learning to live without wheat/gluten, dairy and eggs. It was a struggle until I discovered a few valuable resources. The internet was one of those resources, and the other was a single, comprehensive cookbook for individuals with food allergies.
I still have that cookbook and refer to it every now and then. I would recommend it or another similar one to anyone going through the throes of getting used to eating without certain foods.
