If you've been listening to your body and doing all the right things, but still can't control your allergies, chronic stuffy nose and frequent infections, then you may have yeast syndrome. It's sometimes the underlying cause for many difficult to diagnose and treat health problems.
An overgrowth of normally harmless yeast, called Candida, in our bodies can overload the immune system resulting in symptoms ranging from sinusitis to chemical sensitivities and lowered resistance to infection. Individuals who have used a lot of antibiotics are at increased risk for this problem.
