One of my kids' favorite desserts was always "Pink Peaches." All the Girl Scouts in the audience probably remember them -- grilled foil-packs of canned peach halves, a dot of butter, a pinch of brown sugar, and cinnamon red hots. Don't wait to go camping; you can make them in your oven. And they're great, even without the brown sugar.
