It's been a busy week here in Kansas as we went back to school after another foot-high snow. Thank goodness for sandwich meals! They are a staple in our household.

If it has been awhile since you’ve used lamb in a meal, or if you have never used lamb, this is a great starter recipe. These lamburgers are reminiscent of dolmas, but without the grape leaves. They are presented as an easy-to-serve wrap or pita sandwich. Here is a tasty meal for busy people.
