A couple of weeks ago, we had some more server problems at BellaOnline. Our site was down for awhile. We really appreciate the loyalty of our readers as we get through these difficulties. I have a new article that I posted today, and it is a tasty treat! In case you lack a panini press and iron skillets, I have Amazon links at the bottom of the article. Some other good places to get iron skillets are at yard sales and thrift stores.

A grilled sandwich is tasty, but a pressed and grilled sandwich is a delight! This skillet method really works well. It does not leave the little grill marks like a panini press, but the sandwich is crunchy and pressed. Citterio hard salame and cheese is a delightful combination for a panini.
