I have been experimenting with Calamari Sandwiches. They are almost ready for publication! So, I've spent a fair amount of time standing at the seafood counter waiting for my squid. One day, I was looking at the nearby shelves and saw canned crab. Well, it's been years since I bought any, and quite frankly that last batch wasn't worth the money. I took a chance and bought the can of crab meat the other day. Boy, am I glad that I did. It is a new favorite at our house.

Miller's Select Claw Crab Meat is a full-flavored canned crab. It is more costly than tuna or salmon. However, as an occasional treat, it is a pleasure to serve and eat. Made in minutes, with a few ingredients, here is an easy basic crab salad recipe that can be served in a variety of sandwiches.
