Do you have Asian soft rolls using rice wrappers where you live? I was in San Francisco for a conference, and a friend took me to a restaurant where they served soft rolls. Amazing! We don't have a lot of them in Kansas, but if you know of good soft rolls in the Kansas City Metro area, feel free to brag about them to me.

When I came home from my San Francisco trip, I wanted soft rolls! So, I had to learn to make them. My Oriental Cabbage Salad is just lovely in a rice wrapper. Would you like to learn how to make them? I can write a recipe for several variations. Until then, enjoy the Oriental Cabbage Salad.
