Invisible Badges
I recently read of a Christian doctor working in Uganda, struggling against multiple obstacles to give good medical care to her patients. Her life is visibly dedicated to God’s service all day, every day. Her daily work is a badge that says “I’m living my life for God.” My badge is invisible, perhaps, but I’m still living for Him everyday.
From my heart to yours
We spotted Western Shooting Stars and Fawn Lilies during our walk this morning. These delicate wildflowers, my own private ‘official harbingers of Spring in North Idaho,’ delight my eye and encourage my heart. Time to get the tiller tuned up, and pick up some pea seeds in town! I pray the freshness of Spring is bringing joy to your heart also.
